Zentox Corporation's mission is to provide advanced water and air purification solutions to its customers in industrial and commercial markets. The company is focused on the development and delivery of water treatment and pathogen reduction products and services with an engineering viewpoint that allows flexibility and innovation in problem solving.

Following its incorporation in 1996, Zentox acquired International Technology Corporation's NEPCCO Equipment Division. The NEPCCO Division designed and built "pump and treat" environmental remediation systems. The NEPCCO Division, which eventually grew to a customer base of over 700 turnkey integrated remediation systems installed nationwide, was sold in the year 2000.

Zentox subsequently acquired Eastern Water Services, Inc. in 1997 in order to expand into the industrial water treatment market and to acquire expertise in the field of ozone-based water treatment systems.

Today, Zentox is focused on the development of its business for water reuse, pathogen control and ozone water treatment systems for a variety of industrial applications. Zentox is a leader in the food processing industry for the treatment and reuse of process water and in ozone treatment of evaporative cooling tower water. Customers include Tyson Foods, Townsends, Inc., a number of schools and hospitals, NASA, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, other U.S. Government agencies, Jacksonville Electric Authority, and Southern Company Energy Solutions.
